Note: The following breeds are exempt and do not require any permits.

BIRDS:
Budgerigar - Melopsittacus undulatus
Cockatiel - Nymphicus hollandicus
Peafowl - Pavo cristatus
Rock Dove - Columba livia
Canary - Serinus canari
House Sparrow - Passer domesticus
European Starling - Sturnis vulgaris
Zebra Finch - Poephila guttatus
Society Finch - Lonchura domesticus
Emu - Dromaius novaehollandiaes
Ostrich - Struthio camelus
Greater Rhea - Rhea americana
Lesser Rhea - Pterocnemia pennata

If, as a vendor, you are just utilizing a regulated animal
(ie: ferret to show substrate for sale, Macaw to show cage for
sale, etc.) as an "exhibit", you would be required to have an
Animal Exhibitor - non resident permit.
The fee for the permit is $35.00.

If the purpose is for sales, you would be
required to have either or both the Pet Shop - Retail Sales and / or
Animal Dealer - Wholesale Sales permit.
The fee for the permit is $100.00.
