The following is a description of Liz's lecture:
"When A Good Bird Goes Bad: Integrating Normal Parrot Behavior With the Human Lifestyle"
Parrots often become homeless because they are ... well, parrots. It is important to identify normal psittacine behaviors such as chewing wood and vocalizing (loudly) at dawn - and help parrot people manage them to maximize the potential for a parrot to keep its home.
There will be a $5 admission fee for non-members for this lecture.
