Our guest speaker for August, 2007 is Don Torino from Wild Birds Unlimited, who will give a slide presentation and speak on Identifying Backyard Feeder Birds.

I'm Don Torino, I will be doing the slide presentation for The Real Macaw Parrot Club on August 9th. 

I am the bird feeding specialist and Birdscaping consultant for Wild Birds Unlimited in Paramus.  I am also the Education Chairperson for the Bergen County Audubon Society.  I have also trained Habitat Stewards for The National Wildlife Federation.  I will give my presentation on identifying backyard feeder birds; many birds are incorrectly identified by the average backyard birder.  My slide presentation will help distinguish many backyard birds and talk about how you can attract them.
