Our speaker for Apri 12, 2007 will be Bobcat Saunders, who is known for his presentation on Cooking and Healing with Wild Plants and Mushrooms. The following is his description of what he will be speaking about at our meeting:

I would like to relate wild plants that people can eat to those that birds eat.  I will try to talk about plants that are important to many birds as well as people, for food and for shelter, too, in an environmental way.  Let's say, "Birds, Plants & People, Living Together."
